Mr. Coffey is a Co-Founder and the Managing Partner of Putnam Hill as well as the Chairman of the Board of Directors and a member of the Investment Committee. Mr. Coffey previously served as the Chief Credit Officer of Annaly and co-founded Annaly Middle Market Lending, serving as its Head from 2010 to 2016. While at Annaly, Mr. Coffey also served as President and Head of Annaly Credit Opportunities Management (ACOM) and was a member of ACOM’s investment committee. Prior to joining Annaly in 2010, Mr. Coffey served as Managing Director and Head of Debt Capital Markets in the Leveraged Finance Group at Bank of Ireland. Prior to that, Mr. Coffey held positions at Scotia Capital, the holding company of Saul Steinberg’s Reliance Group Holdings, and SC Johnson International.

Mr. Dancy is a Co-Founder and Partner of Putnam Hill as well as a member of the Board of Directors and the Investment Committee. Mr. Dancy previously co-founded Annaly Middle Market Lending in 2010 and served as its Head 2016 to 2022. While at Annaly, Mr. Dancy also served as Senior Managing Director of Annaly Credit Opportunities Management (ACOM) and was as a member of ACOM’s investment committee. Mr. Dancy has over 30 years of experience and has held various positions in deal origination, execution, and structuring. Prior to joining Annaly in 2010, Mr. Dancy had been Managing Director and Head of U.S. Sponsor Coverage for Bank of Ireland. Prior to Bank of Ireland, Mr. Dancy held various middle market lending and leveraged finance positions at Regions Financial, BMO Harris Bank and National Westminster Bank USA.

Mr. Frost is a Co-Founder and Partner of Putnam Hill as well as a member of the Board of Directors and the Investment Committee. Mr. Frost previously served as a Managing Director of Annaly Middle Market Lending and Annaly Credit Opportunities Management (ACOM) as well as a member of ACOM’s Investment Committee. Mr. Frost’s responsibilities included new business development, originations, underwriting and aerospace and national security industry coverage. Prior to joining Annaly in 2014, Mr. Frost was a Managing Director with Plainfield Asset Management’s private portfolio group, a $5 billion multi-strategy hedge fund based in Greenwich, CT. Prior to Plainfield, Mr. Frost spent 14 years with Houlihan Lokey, ultimately as a Director within Houlihan Lokey’s aerospace and defense group. Mr. Frost’s experience includes originating, structuring, negotiating, and executing private debt and equity middle market financings in the aerospace and defense, basic industrials, and business and consumer services industries.

Mr. Mader is a Co-Founder and Partner of Putnam Hill as well as a member of the Board of Directors and the Investment Committee. Mr. Mader previously served as a Director of Annaly Middle Market Lending and of Annaly Credit Opportunities Management. Mr. Mader’s responsibilities included the structuring, underwriting and execution of numerous private equity financings. Prior to joining Annaly in 2016, Mr. Mader sourced and covered equity and debt investments for two multi-strategy hedge funds, Infrastructure Capital Management and Wexford Capital, based in Manhattan and Greenwich, CT, respectively. Mr. Mader previously covered high yield, distressed debt and special situations as an associate on Jefferies’ Leveraged Credit desk and began his career as an analyst in Bank of Ireland’s Leveraged Finance Group.
